1. Visit the www.hcarewards.com
2. Click on the ‘Welcome to HCA Rewards’ link.
3. It will open the HCA Rewards ‘Current Employee Login Page’.
4. Now enter your ‘HCA 3-4 ID’ & ‘password’.
5. Click on the ‘login button’.
6. Now you are in for your HCA Rewards account.

HCA Rewards Login Issue Troubleshooting

In case, you forgot password: 

If you forgot your HCA Rewards account password then follow the below procedure:

1.  Go to HCAhrAnswers.com and login with your HCA 3-4 ID and your HCA network password.
2.  Click HCA Rewards (located on the homepage in the My Total Rewards box) to access HCArewards.com without entering another login.

If your facility does not use HCA hrAnswers, click on this link

And enter your HCA 3-4 ID and confirm your not robot and click on ‘continue’. You will be on the password reset page. Enter new password and reconfirm your password. Thus you can recover your forgotten HCA Rewards password.

If you are still not able to reset your password then Call at 1-800-566-4114. They will be able to help you out. BConnected Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Central time.

In case, you locked your HCA account:

If you have locked your account after multiple failed login attempts, you must call BConnected at (800) 566-4114 to unlock your HCA Rewards account. You will be asked to enter the last four digits of your Social Security number and your date of birth. After that, press 4 and then * to reach a BConnected representative.

First-Time User

If this is your first visit to HCArewards.com, your initial password is the last four digits of your Social Security number plus your date of birth in this format: ####MMDDYYYY

• If you do not know your HCA 3-4 ID, call HCA hrAnswers at (844) 472-6797.
• If you do not know your network password, contact your local IT&S Help Desk.
• If you have been issued an Alternate User ID, enter it in the HCA 3-4 ID field.
