How to recover POF login information?
If you forgot your POF password:
If you forgot your password, you have to submit your email address to plenty of fish. You must enter the email address currently registered to your POF account. Here is the link to forgot your pof password? Simply click on it and enter your email address click the submit button.POF will send you the email to reset your password. Most emails will go into the junk folder of your email, so don’t forget to check your junk folder! Keep in mind that, the password reset will be sent from donotrespond@pof.com and passwords can only be reset using the email link.
If you forgot your POF username:
Unfortunately, you forgot your pof username, then try to log in with the email address you used to sign up to POF instead of your username, and your usual password. Then, you can verify your username by clicking “My Profile”.
If you do not receive a password recovery email from POF:
- Your email provider blocked the email from POF before it reached your inbox. Please check your spam folder to make sure our email wasn’t mistakenly flagged.
- Please ensure you enter the email address associated with your POF profile.
- Your profile may no longer be active on POF. It means you didn’t complete the signup process and the POF system removed your profile.
To ensure you receive POF’s emails:
- Add customercare@pof.com to your Address Book.
- Never click on Report Spam on any POF emails.
If a message from POF is in your Spam folder:
- Please remove POF from that folder by clicking “NOT SPAM”.
- Once you have added POF to your address book, you can retrieve your password, you can retrieve your password by the above-mentioned method: if you forgot your POF password procedure.
If you no longer have access to the email address you used to sign up to POF:
You will not be able to retrieve your login information. If this is the case, please contact POF customer service and POF will help you sign up again. Thus you can recover your POF login information.
