Last night I updated my Moto G4 Plus with Android 7.0 Nougat. And the new Android 7.0 Nougat update makes easy to use one-handed mode in both Moto G4 and G4 Plus devices. The update has a lot of new features including multi-window mode, improved security, inline replies, a new Doze mode etc. Here is a guide on how to use one-handed mode on the Moto G4 and G4 Plus.
Motorola likewise included a Moto Actions gesture that gives you a chance to utilize the phone one-handed. It is oversimplified in its usefulness, yet in the event that you changed from an earlier device in the Moto G series to the bigger 5.5-inch screen on the G4 and G4 Plus, you can now shrink the screen size down for less demanding one-handed utilize.
How to use one-handed mode on the Moto G4 and G4 Plus
- Open Moto app from the home screen.
- Select Actions
- Tap Swipe to shrink screen.
- Toggle Swipe to shrink screen to On.
- Tap the Show me how button to try out the feature.
Once enabled, you’ll need to swipe up, left, or appropriate from the base of the screen to launch one-handed mode. Swiping up shrinks the screen down and fits it in the center point of the display, and swiping left or right from the base will launch the one-handed mode on that side.
To close one-handed mode, simply tap anywhere in the black area, or switch off the screen. You can also exit one-handed mode by rotating the screen to landscape mode.
Thus you can turn on one-handed mode on the Moto G4 and G4 Plus. You can take look of following video too for how to use one-handed mode on your Moto G4 Plus.
