How to Create a Facebook Group
- Log in to your Facebook account.
- From your home page click to the Groups section on the left side menu.
- Now Facebook groups page will open on your computer screen. Click on +Create Group which is located at the upper at right-hand side.
- Create New Group pop up will appear on your computer screen. Here you have to Choose your group’s goal from a list and click on your group goal option.
- It will give you another pop-up, here you have to write the name to your group.
- Now add some people to your group. Just type your FB friend name and Facebook will suggest it.
- After that, you have to choose what privacy setting you want for your group. You have three option(Public, Closed, Secret) to choose your group privacy and you have to choose one from it.

- After you choose your privacy setting, click the Create button.
- Facebook will now give you the option to choose from a wide array of creative graphics for your group icon. Select icon as per your choice and click OK button. If you want to skip this step you can skip it by clicking on skip.

How to edit group settings
Once the group is created you can easily change your Facebook group settings.
- Open your facebook group and click on 3 dots which are located on the right-hand side of your group page. And click on Edit group settings option.
- Here you have many options to edit.
Options you can edit:
- Group name
- Group Type
- Privacy
- Membership Approval
- Web and Email Address
- Description
- Tags
- Posting Permissions
- Post Approval
Edit above mentioned option according to your need and hit the save button and your successfully edited your Facebook group settings.
How to change/upload group page cover image
- Once you created a group, you can see options of upload photo and choose a photo.
- If you want to upload new photo then click on upload photo option.
- If you want to add the photo from your existing Facebook photos then click on choose photo and select choose from my photo or choose from group photos.
- Your group page cover image should be 851 x 315 pixels for a perfect fit.
How to delete your Facebook group
In case, you want to delete your Facebook group then you can’t directly delete your group. To delete your group you have to remove all your Facebook group members. and finally, you have to leave the group, as you are the last member of the group Facebook will give you the option of Leave and delete the group. Finally hit Leave and delete button and your group will deleted from Facebook.
