How to hide who became friends with you on FacebookWhenever you become friends with someone on Facebook, it appears on your friends Facebook news feed. Whenever your friends become friends with someone it appears on your Facebook news feed. Some Facebook user don’t like this Facebook feature because they don’t want to reveal their friends name. They don’t want to get such update to their friend via Facebook news feed. So don’t be worry you can easily hide who became friends with you on Facebook. Just follow the instructions below:

How to Turning off Facebook New Friend Reports

  1. Log in to your Facebook account and go to your profile page.
  2. Now click on View Activity log button near your cover photo.view-activity-log
  3. Your activity log page will appear on your screen.Now click on MORE in the left sidebar below comments.filters-more
  4. Now choose friends option.choose-friends
  5. Once you clicked on friends  option then you will see the all the activity,when and with whom you became friends with. In this page,  top at right you will see a box like icon as shown in the picture below.icon
  6. Click on that box like icon and it will list you with options.Now uncheck the New Friend Reports check box.Turning off Facebook New Friend ReportsIt will stop notifying others that you have became friend with someone.thus you can turn off Facebook new friends reports.
