One billion people on Facebook in a single day:
On 27 August 2015, Facebook passed an important milestone. First time in Facebook history one billion people used Facebook in a single day. 1000,000,000 yes it is one billion in one day.Mark Zuckerberg says, 1 billion means on Monday 1 in 7 people on Earth used Facebook to connect with their friends and family. I t means 15% of the world-est population logged on to Facebook in a 24-hour period.Mark Zuckerberg posted this mile stone on his Facebook wall.He also added that Facebook has growing steadily and Facebook has 968 million daily active user in 2015.
Facebook M new virtual assistant inside Facebook Messenger:
on 26 August 2015,David Marcus Facebook messaging boss announced M assistant via his Facebook wall post. This new M virtual assistant will work by using artificial intelligence (AI) with help of team of human helpers.Most important thing is this M assistance will be in Facebook Messenger service that can answer questions with live human help and perform tasks such as booking restaurants and buying gifts on-line.You can also find dog-friendly beach by using this new personal digital assistant.Of course this Facebook new M virtual assistant will compete with apps like Google Now, Apple’s Siri and Microsoft’s Cortana.

Facebook moments App which launched in June got video feature on August 25 2015.This app will auto create music videos from photos.Now this app is available for both Android and iOS users. Facebook made announcement via video uploaded on Vimeo.

On 24 August 2015,Facebook for business has rolled out new “Donate Now” button. This new donate now button specially for non-profit organisations and will be available on pages and link ads too.this button will help lot for non profit organisations to connect with people who want to help them.
