Much awaited WhatsApp voice calling feature is now available on Android. Few days ago WhatsApp tested voice calling service with selected users and now several android users are able to use WhatsApp voice calling service. A number of WhatsApp Android user were able to get voice calling service by receiving call from a user who had activated voice calling feature, It means this update is based on invite system but still it not working for all users.

The voice calling feature is still not available on iPhone but recent WhatsApp iOS update had got calling buttons within the chat window. Windows phone also still not get this feature. Of course WhatsApp voice calling feature working on latest 2.11.531 WhatsApp version with latest Android lollipop. Once you get incoming call from your WhatsApp friend who already activated voice calling service on his/her phone, then you will get new WhatsApp UI install it. After installation WhatsApp interface will change,you will get separate screen for dialing voice call to WhatsApp contacts, call logs and ongoing calls. Within chat window also call button. During call you can see three different buttons by using these buttons you can mute call, you can active loudspeaker or you can switch to chat window.

But one thing is still wondering that still WhatsApp has not officially announced voice calling service. Hope that WhatsApp will roll out voice calling service for all WhatsApp users soon.
