Freedom 251 makers Ringing Bells,now refunding the payments which company received on the first pre-booking date.According to report, Ringing Bells was received payments from 30,000 orders,after that their website was crashed.

Mohit Goel, managing director of the Noida-based company, has claimed that the money of all 30,000 customers has been refunded and the company will now accept cash on delivery only, according to report.
On first day of Freedom 251 booking,Ringing Bells had received 30,000 booking of device with payment;after that website was down for 24 hours. During second round of booking of Freedom 251 ,Ringing Bells allowed people to book one Freedom 251 unit with one email ID and mobile number without any payment.

“The company has decided that we will, henceforth, offer ‘cash on delivery’ mode of payments for those who have placed an order for the ‘Freedom 251’ smartphone. This will ensure further transparency and clear any misgivings,” Ashok Chadha Ringing Bells president said in an official statement.

Ringing Bells already facing lot of issue regarding Freedom 251 price and for company’s other services which connected to Freedom 251. Recently Call center service provider Cyfuture files cheating complaint against Ringing Bells.
