1.Login into your Facebook account.

2.Now click on your profile pictureclick on profile pick3. In the new pop up your current Facebook profile picture appear on your screen now click on Edit buttonclick on edit button

4.Now click on little globe along with image publishing date and then select the settings to Only Me.

click on only me5. Now click on  finished editing and that’s it.Your Facebook profile picture is now non-clickable.You can use the same settings to each image to make any of your personal image private.

Thus you can make your Facebook profile picture non-clickable or private.
