Its way back in June 2014 Google announced Google Fit and started working on in it, now Google Fit has arrived in the Play Store.Google Fit can track your activities by using your Smartphone, tablet, the web and Android wearable devices. Means now you can track your fitness related activities without smartwatch or without any fitness band. Google Fit automatically detects whether you’re walking, running or biking. It uses sensors which are already built in to your Android phone.To use this app you have to install it on your phone and log in with your Google account then Google Fit track your day-to-day and week-to-week stats of your fitness. By using Google Fit you can also set your fitness goals based on duration or steps.It is great app to check how active you are also check your progress as you work on your fitness goals.

With Google Fit you can connect third party devices and apps like Strava, Withings, Runtastic, Runkeeper and Noom Coach to collect your data under one roof. Google Fit is very useful and handy fitness app and Google already showcasing its own API.


Google Fit is similar to Apple Health app, best p-art of Google Fit is it can be accessable via the Web and also can download for Android.
